Internal Control

Dai-ichi Life focuses on monitoring the supervision of decision making by the Boards of Directors and operational execution at subsidiaries and confirms the status of operational execution. Furthermore, we develop the required internal regulations and rules in order to ensure appropriate business among subsidiaries, and the departments responsible for internal control at subsidiaries report on the status of business operations to bodies including the Board of Directors and Executive Management Board as necessary.
