The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company shall develop a system of corporate governance to ensure transparent, fair, prompt and bold decision-making while balancing the ownership and management, in order to discharge responsibility to its multi-stakeholders such as customers, society and employees, and to achieve sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value over the mid-to long term.
